Biography
Lea Voss is a competition, antitrust and regulatory lawyer qualified in Germany and based in Sydney. Lea acts for clients on advisory and transactional multi-jurisdictional matters. She is experienced in securing merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) clearance for large transactions.
Prior to joining NRF, Lea worked for a global law firm in Brussels on EU antitrust matters. In her previous role, she advised clients on merger and FDI clearance for cross-border transactions, abuse of dominance investigations and regulatory compliance in the telecommunications sector. Throughout her legal education and training, Lea worked as a trainee lawyer in Germany, Belgium and Namibia for various international and local law firms, the EU Commission and German public authorities.
