Our Calgary office acted for Crescent Point Energy Corp. in an acquisition of all of the Montney assets of Spartan Delta Corp. Crescent entered into an asset sales agreement with Spartan to acquire Spartan’s oil- and liquids-rich Montney assets in Alberta for C$1.7bn in cash.
