Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised leading real estate portfolio company 151 Property on the sale of Brimbank Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s north-west.

The 37,576sqm Brimbank Shopping Centre is a significant sub-regional shopping centre, anchored by Coles, Woolworths, Target and Aldi, and approximately 100 specialty retailers.

Led by partners Adrian Jones and Will Webster, the Melbourne and Brisbane-based real estate team advised on all aspects of the transaction, including negotiation, structuring advice, vendor due diligence, and the completion of the sale on 23 December 2019.
