Norton Rose Fulbright advises BOCI on Weigang Environmental Technology Holding Group Limited IPO

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised BOCI Asia Limited (BOCI) as the sole sponsor and sole global coordinator in relation to the global offering and listing of Weigang Environmental Technology Holding Group Limited on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Weigang Environmental Technology Holding Group Limited is a leading comprehensive hazardous waste incineration turnkey solution provider in China, focused on the research, design, integration and commissioning of solid waste treatment systems, particularly for hazardous waste incineration.

The team was led by partners Winnie Chan, Psyche Tai and Harold Tin, with assistance from registered foreign lawyer Tracy Ding, associate Jane Yau, senior paralegal Winnie Cheng and paralegal Gilbert Han.
