Erica Cook advises on technology transactions and data protection matters. She drafts, analyses, and negotiates master and consulting services agreements, software as a service agreements, confidentiality and third-party access agreements and data privacy and security agreements.

Earlier in her career, Erica was a banking professional who spent eight years advising clients across various sectors including, but not limited to, consumer goods, healthcare services and hospitality services. She also served as in-house counsel to a global consulting and professional services firm and focused her practice on commercial and regulatory issues in transactions involving the healthcare, medical device medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. Erica also acted as in-house counsel while seconded with one of the largest Fortune 500 companies, where she provided legal counsel related to sales and marketing of technology-based products and professional services.
