Biography

Caroline Henrie practises in all areas of intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark litigation and on trademark prosecution.

Before joining our Toronto office as an associate in 2020, Caroline worked as an associate in a boutique intellectual property law firm. She had previously completed a clerkship at the Federal Court in 2017-2018 where she gained valuable experience on Federal Court practice.   

During law school, Caroline worked as a student at the Supreme Court of Canada. She developed practical advocacy skills through competing in a French-language mooting competition. She was also chosen to participate in the Global Technology Law and Policy exchange program between the University of Ottawa and the University of Haifa, for which she wrote a major paper on the use of artificial intelligence and its impact on military drones.
