Join us for our Women in Maritime breakfast session, where we will be joined by esteemed industry professionals who will share their insights, experiences, and visions for fostering a more inclusive and diverse maritime sector.  

While the focus on diversity has grown in recent years, are we seeing any tangible results? Some data suggests, particularly from the recent Women in Maritime survey 2024, that we are only seeing pockets of change. In our discussion, we shall explore the steps taken to date, lessons learned, and the confidence required to push boundaries.
