Biography
Alexis Braun is a third-year associate in the New York office of Norton Rose Fulbright's regulatory, investigations, securities and compliance practice. Alexis has experience in navigating complex cross-border government and internal corporate investigations, with a focus on white collar criminal defense, SEC enforcement actions and broader regulatory matters. Her representative experience includes defending clients in class action data breach litigation, preparing discovery and dispositive motions in federal and state courts and advising on cybersecurity legal exposure. She has led witness preparation for government interviews in white collar investigations, facilitated strategic meetings with clients and opposing counsel and conducted internal investigations for employment and anti-corruption issues.
