Supreme Court rules CFPB funding structure is lawful
The Supreme Court of the United States ruled on May 16, 2024 that the current funding structure for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is constitutional.

As employers in South Carolina move towards reopening workplaces, they are reminded to review the Workplace Re-Entry Health and Safety Recommendations that have been established by SC OSHA. The state recommendations generally track federal OSHA and CDC guidelines on this subject, but also address the engineering, administrative and work practice controls to be put in place by all employers prior to reopening.
