Alex Redbourne is a transactional intellectual property, commercial and information technology lawyer. He advises on a range of non-contentious IP, IT and commercial issues across industry sectors, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, such as distribution agreements and terms for the supply of goods and services; licensing arrangements; and IT agreement such as software master services agreements.

Alex has broad experience of working internationally across sectors, including from time spent working in the Milan office. He has also completed a client secondment to a listed global engineering company, where he advised on a variety of commercial matters, as well as to the global intellectual property team of one of the CMA9 banks.
