Francesca Cardillo named 2024 Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers

Super Lawyers has recognized Senior Associate Francesca Cardillo (Chicago) as a 2024 Rising Star for the fourth consecutive year.

Rising Star selections are based upon peer recognition and professional achievement, with recipients representing the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers in Illinois, according to Super Lawyers. To qualify, nominees must be no more than 40 years old or have been practicing for less than 10 years.

Cardillo focuses her practice on a variety of transactions to facilitate the effective management, transfer and commercialization of intellectual property. She is experienced in advising clients on matters relating to software development, software as a service, patents, trademark and copyright licenses and confidentiality and settlement agreements. She has counseled clients in industries including telecommunications, transportation and logistics, medical devices, chemical manufacturing and online retail.
