Biography
Kyle Summerville is experienced with M&A transactions, including public and private transactions of all sizes, from drafting the main deal documents to coordinating diligence, writing complex memoranda and enabling smooth closings. He has led multiple M&A deals, shepherding the entirety of the client matters, including heading diligence and facilitating the closing of a public company's US$108 million acquisition of a regional bank holding company.
Kyle also has experience in building relationships of trust with clients on a wide variety of matters including corporate governance, business formation, contractual relations and financings. While studying to become a lawyer, he served as a student attorney for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and worked as a law clerk for two judges in the 21st Judicial Circuit of Missouri.
