Biography
Chloe Farrar represents banks, hedge funds and private credit institutions in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex financing transactions, including fund finance products. Her experience in fund finance products includes structuring and closing NAV credit facilities, working capital facilities for management companies, sponsors and general partners and employee co-invest loan programs. She also has experience in cash flow loans, asset-based loans, specialty finance transactions and other revolving structures for the financing of traditional revolving assets. She also represents providers of development loans in the energy/infrastructure industry.
