Our legal secretaries and assistants support our lawyers in various areas of daily client-related work. As essential and valued members of the team, they form the heart of our firm and underpin our ability to deliver outstanding legal services to our clients.
Our legal secretaries and assistants complete all secretarial duties of a demanding legal practice, such as drafting internal and external correspondence in German and English, billing, supervising incoming payments, organising conferences and seminars, and making travel arrangements. Working as a team, they master every hurdle in the management of organisational and administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of all processes relating to our mandates and practice.
Hard work earns great rewards! In accordance with this principle, it is important to us to offer our staff not only a secure, modern and well-connected workplace in a prime location including an attractive remuneration, but also a variety of additional benefits.
These include, in particular, the promotion of continuous development – we foster a culture of learning, action and autonomy through a diverse range of learning opportunities (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, internal/external training events, mentoring programme). Regular performance reviews, combined with continuous training, provide a variety of career options.
Moreover, we grant the possibility of flexible working hours and remote working as well as allowances for meals, commuting costs and private internet access. Through the corporate fitness platform “Gympass” (free up to and including “Gold” membership) and a company bike leasing programme, we also support our staff’s physical health and wellbeing.
We look forward to receiving your application (cover letter, CV and references; preferred location and area of law; intended start date) via our application portal (Workday), where you can also check our current vacancies.
