About me
I joined Transform’s Applied Technology team in January 2021 as Product Project Manager.
I previously practiced as a disputes lawyer at NRF, where I specialised in energy and shipping arbitration and litigation, and another leading London law firm, where I worked on a broad range of commercial disputes.
In 2019, having seen the impact technology was having on the delivery of legal services, I changed direction and joined a legal tech start-up. My primary role was to develop their client base. I worked closely with GCs and Heads of Legal to understand their challenges and then worked with our developers and operations team to find innovative ways to solve these problems.
In Transform, my role involves working with technical experts building solutions and lawyers as end users to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions. My experience means I’m well placed to act as the interface between the lawyers and the development team. I’ve worked on some fantastic products already and love being part of a really motivated team.

Originally Buckinghamshire, but now a South East London girl - Deptford.
Fun fact
I took up swing dancing a couple of years ago and at the end of 2019 danced at Saddlers Wells (mainly to an audience of friends and family but still pretty cool).
Previously
I trained and qualified at NRF, and then spent time at another London law firm before moving to a legal tech startup.
Best part of the job
Working with positive, inspirational people every day. The focus is always “how can we do this” even for the most complex problems. It’s great to be at the cutting edge of the legal tech industry.
