Barbara advises on all aspects of equity incentive arrangements and executive compensation.  Barbara has particular experience relating to the management equity arrangements in the context of private equity transactions and also in the global roll-out of employee share plans.  Barbara also has experience advising on employee benefits issues across a diverse range of sectors in the context of all forms of corporate activity, including fundraisings, M&A and IPOs.
