On July 9, 2025, the Pensions Dashboards Programme issued an update on the non-commercial MoneyHelper website confirming that 20m pension records have now been connected to the dashboards ecosystem, with the state pension also having completed ‘technical connection’.
On the same date, PASA published its updated Data Matching Convention Guidance to support schemes with their dashboards preparations.
The updated Guidance builds on industry experience and regulatory developments since the original Guidance was released in 2021. It provides a detailed roadmap for setting robust matching criteria, essential for schemes and providers seeking to fulfil their legal duties while protecting member data.
