Norton Rose Fulbright advises on £485 million cash and shares offer for Warehouse REIT plc

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Citigroup Global Markets Limited as financial adviser to Tritax Big Box REIT plc (BBOX) on its c.£485 million recommended cash and shares offer for Warehouse REIT plc (Warehouse).

BBOX is a FTSE 250 UK REIT listed on the closed-ended investment funds category of the Official List and the largest UK REIT that invests primarily in UK high-quality logistics warehouse assets. Warehouse was listed in September 2017 as an investment vehicle to invest in warehouse assets in the industrial and logistics sector. 

The London-based Norton Rose Fulbright team is being led by corporate partner Paul Whitelock, alongside corporate partner Nicolas Sirtoli and banking partner James Dunnett. They are being supported by corporate associate Katherine MacPhail and banking consultant Ksenia Orlova.
