Norton Rose Fulbright bolsters Warsaw energy and infrastructure practice with senior associate

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has strengthened its energy and infrastructure practice in Warsaw with the hire of senior associate, Sara Radzicka-Tolwaj.
Sara is highly experienced in advising clients on regulatory changes and matters. She focuses on entities operating in the energy and infrastructure sector - including working with businesses which own and manage renewables, battery storage as well as oil & gas projects.
She brings with her an in-depth understanding of energy law, having successfully led complex regulatory and compliance projects relating to power market mechanisms, unbundling, battery storage, biogas / biomethane, other renewable energy sources and European Union (EU) energy legislation.
Sara has been involved in a wide range of projects and has honed her skills through her advisory work on electricity distributors on grid connection conditions, fulfilment of statutory obligations by Distribution System Operators (DSOs), and reporting duties to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO).
