London team advises Perella Weinberg Partners and Deutsche Bank on Providence’s £320m offer for Hyve Group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Perella Weinberg Partners and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (Deutsche Bank) as financial advisers to Providence Equity Partners LLC (Providence) and Heron UK Bidco Limited on the approximately £320 million offer for Hyve Group plc (Hyve) by Heron UK Bidco Limited, a company controlled by funds advised by Providence. 

Under the terms of the recommended cash offer, each of Hyve’s shareholders will receive 108 pence per share in cash.
