Cross-border team advises Sanner Group on Springboard Pro acquisition

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Sanner Group (Sanner), a healthcare packaging manufacturer and medical device CDMO headquartered in Germany, on its acquisition of UK medical device design and development specialist Springboard Pro. 

The acquisition will enhance the design and development capabilities of Sanner – a portfolio company of specialist healthcare investor Global Healthcare Opportunities, or GHO Capital Partners LLP - supporting its continued growth in the MedTech and Diagnostic CDMO segments.
