Norton Rose Fulbright advises RGA on €1.4bn portfolio acquisition from Monument Re

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) on the acquisition of a legacy €1.4 billion reinsurance portfolio, comprising annuity and other life insurance liabilities, from the Monument Re Group.
RGA is a NYSE listed group that is one of the largest global life and health reinsurers, focusing on life- and health-related reinsurance solutions.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising RGA on the transaction was led by partner Maria Ross and counsel David Bartlett.
