Biography

Eleanor Flanigan is a disputes and regulatory lawyer based in Sydney.

She specialises in regulatory investigations, commercial disputes, class actions, misleading and deceptive conduct claims and enforcement proceedings.

Eleanor has front end experience in providing legal and strategic advice to financial services clients based globally and domestically on compliance related issues. She has advised on corporations law, contract disputes, privacy and a large range of financial crime issues arising from substantial regulatory investigations including anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
