Rachel Hall is an employment lawyer based in London. Her experience includes advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

She has advised on a range of existing and proposed legislation in the UK including the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and the Equality Act 2010, as well as being involved in providing advice on corporate transactions, both by way of asset and share sales.
