Angus Graham-Watson is a corporate lawyer based in London. He focuses on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial agreements.

During his training with the firm, Angus spent six months in the corporate team of our office in Perth, Western Australia. After qualifying as a solicitor in September 2020, he was seconded to Howden Insurance Group where he advised on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
