Tiffany Li is an associate in the Corporate, M&A and Securities practice in Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Tiffany focused her practice on franchise-related matters and represented franchisors, distributors, OEMs, and other manufacturers in litigation, business disputes, as well as transactional work.
