This idea was the foundation of NRF Transform
We began by focusing on how we could make the work we had always done more efficient and effective. By bringing in new skills and capabilities, we soon found we were able to solve broader client problems. What began as the work of a few pioneers is now a major global program.

NRF Transform: a multidisciplinary team
Alongside lawyers and former lawyers, our team includes project managers, consultants, legal designers, pricing and commercial specialists, service delivery paralegals, and the full range of dev-ops professionals alongside specialist legal technologists.
Our team is distributed globally, with many of our people based in our Houston and Newcastle Hubs. These innovative and efficient service delivery centres allow us to focus on working differently. They have grown from small paralegal and document review groups to significant offices with hundreds of staff, helping us to set the bar in terms of what is possible in legal service delivery.
