Angus Maclean
Legal Project Manager

About me
I joined NRF as a Business and Legal Operations Graduate (BLOG) in September 2023. I studied Law at the Caledonian University. Throughout my time at university, I took part in the GCU Law clinic which aimed to provide pro bono legally based advice for those who didn’t have the means to access the traditional methods of legal services.
This led me to investigate the growing market for Alternative Legal Services Providers, and I quickly became enamoured with this evolving legal scene. I found myself drawn to the developments in both technology and business approaches that were being adopted within the legal industry. The BLOG scheme seemed like the perfect opportunity to explore this interest. After the completion of the BLOG scheme, I have begun settling into my permanent role as a Legal Project Manager.
From
Glasgow, Scotland. Living in Hoxton, London.
Fun fact
I do not trust cephalopods; I am convinced they are extra-terrestrial life.
Previously
Whilst studying and post-graduation I worked as a line chef in various restaurants.
Best part of the job
The positive and growth-oriented environment created within the NRF team. I have learned so much already in the short time I have been here, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming, encouraging and helpful. I also enjoy the wide variety of different types of work in combination with the focus on innovation and technology.
