Aneeta Iqbal is an associate splitting time between the firm's New York and Dallas office. She is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities practice group. Aneeta advises US and international clients in connection with complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other commercial transactions. She works with clients on a wide variety of strategic and commercial transactions. Her practice also focuses on general corporate representation and counselling, including advising on corporate governance issues, operational matters, private placements of securities and other strategic considerations.
