Charlie Garcia is a member of the firm's regulations, investigations, securities and compliance group. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Charlie was Law Clerk for the Honorable Marcos López, US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

Before attending law school, Charlie served as a communications officer in the United States Marine Corps for four years, most of which was spent overseas in the Indo-Pacific Region. In addition to commanding Marines overseas, he worked alongside other branches of the US Armed Forces and foreign militaries. Charlie completed his service achieving the rank of Captain.
