Alec Mitrovich is a member of the firm’s projects practice and focuses on complex transactions involving renewable energy transmission, generation and storage. He represents private and public companies, sponsors, private equity firms, developers and utilities in connection with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, venture financings, corporate governance matters and the development of energy and infrastructure projects. Previously, Alec was an adjunct professor at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
