Hélène Delorme assists with drafting and preparing corporate documentation required for corporate reorganization, tax planning and all other kinds of commercial transactions. She examines corporate books in the context of due diligence and keeps minute books and registrations up to date for a number of small and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to joining our Montréal office, Ms. Delorme spent over 20 years as a paralegal at another major law firm in Montréal in business law, taxation and wealth management.
