Lauren Rennie’s practice focuses primarily on complex securities litigation and high-stakes commercial disputes. Lauren regularly acts for clients in the financial services industry on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters. During her third year of practice, she was seconded to the securities litigation team of a large financial institution.

Lauren has an abundance of courtroom experience, including representing clients on successful motions, trials and appeals. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

During her time in law school, Lauren received the Charles Edward Woodrow Award for her demonstrated academic achievement and graduated with a curricular stream designation in litigation, dispute resolution and the administration of justice.
