Selma Jonker is an attorney at law  (advocaat) in the financial services team based in Amsterdam. She advises clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, such as domestic and cross-border regulatory and compliance matters relevant to financial institutions including investment firms, payment service providers, crypto service providers, (managers of) alternative investment fund, trading venues and banks. She has also experience in assisting and advising financial institutions on obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals from the Dutch financial regulators for accessing the Dutch market. 

Before joining the financial services team, Selma gained experience in our employment team. During this time, she advised and litigated for companies, including financial institutions, on a wide range of employment related issues.
