Aseera Jivraj is a corporate and commercial lawyer in our Toronto office. She is developing a broad practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and general corporate matters. 

Aseera joined our team as a summer student in 2022 and returned to complete her articles in 2023 and 2024. While articling, Aseera completed a secondment with the Royal Bank of Canada, where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of corporate law matters.

While in law school, Aseera was involved in Pro Bono Students Canada and interned with the Dispute Resolution Centre, where she was certified in alternative dispute resolution. Prior to law school, Aseera earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree where she published scientific articles relating to nutritional deficiencies.
