Bea Byrne Hill is a banking lawyer based in Amsterdam. She qualified as a solicitor in the courts of England & Wales in March 2025. 

Before joining the Amsterdam office, Bea spent two years in our London office where she gained broad experience in a variety of sectors – including telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and energy – and financing structures. She primarily advises banks, other financial institutions and corporates on cross-border transactions, involving asset-based lending, project finance and acquisition finance transactions.

In 2024 Bea was seconded to our Tokyo office where she assisted both the Japanese and English banking and finance teams on a variety of asset financing deals in the transport sector. Her work with the English team was primarily focused on the shipping and offshore sector, while her work with the Japanese banking team focused on general corporate financings and financing in the aviation sector. Clients included Japanese commercial banks, ECAs and sponsors.
