- Stay at Home order issued.
- Essential businesses are required to provide masks for employees and require customers to wear masks. Entry must be denied to individuals not wearing masks.
- Businesses should limit occupancy to no greater than 50% of occupancy, and must maintain a social distance of 6 feet at check-out and counter lines.
- Businesses must install shields or other barriers at registers and check-out areas.
- All individuals are ordered to stay at home except as needed to access, support, or provide life-sustaining business, emergency, or government services.
- Closure of all in-person businesses that are not “life sustaining” regardless of whether the business is open to the public.
- Not applicable to virtual or telework operations (e.g. work from home), as long as social distancing and other mitigation measures are followed in such operations.
- Life sustaining businesses must follow, at a minimum, the social distancing practices and other mitigation measures defined by the CDC to protect workers and patrons.
- Delivery, takeout, and drive-through restaurants permitted.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority issued a policy that requires all riders on public transit vehicles to wear masks or other facial coverings.
Allegheny, Beaver, Berks, Bucks, Butler, Centre, Chester, Delaware, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Pike, Erie, Northampton, Lehigh Valley, Washington, Wayne, Westmoreland, and York Counties:
- Stay at Home order issued.
- Closure of all in-person businesses that are not “life sustaining.”
