Munich team advises ARCUS Capital on the sale of its stake in detailM GmbH

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised ARCUS Capital AG and seo2b founders Timo Abid and Valentin Hertfelder on the sale of an investment in digital marketing agency group detailM GmbH to AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG ("AWK"). 

The sale was made after a successful growth phase to a partner who intends to build on the leading position of the group in the long-term. detailM Group was formed in 2018 through the merger of SEO agency seo2b GmbH and affiliate marketing agency belboon GmbH, with ARCUS holding a majority stake. ARCUS had previously acquired both companies in 2014 and 2018, respectively, with seo2b founders Timo Abid and Valentin Hertfelder managing the group since then, having significantly re-invested.
