Norton Rose Fulbright advises P3 Logistic Parks on lease for logistics park in Pfungstadt

Global Law Firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised P3 Logistic Parks on the leasing of its logistics park in Pfungstadt to Alnatura.

The property comprises a rental area of around 14,000 m². In mid-June, the organic grocer and the long-term owner and developer of logistics properties P3 concluded the joint lease agreement. The property is located in the direct vicinity of the Alnatura Campus in Darmstadt, the company's headquarters. P3 is a long-term owner and developer of logistics real estate in Europe. The new P3 Pfungstadt Logistics Park is the fifth location of P3 in the Rhine-Main region, alongside Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, Weiterstadt, Mörfelden and Dreieich. It expands the range of services in the region to a total of more than 110,000 m².
