Norton Rose Fulbright advises P3 Logistic Parks on 84,000 m² lease for logistics park in Kamen

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised P3 Logistic Parks on the leasing of its logistics park in Kamen to TEDI.
The property comprises a total rental area of around 130,700 m². In August, TEDI and the long-term owner and developer of logistics properties P3 concluded the joint lease agreement for a term of 10 years. The area let to Tedi comprises 84,000 m². The first construction phase with five halls and 46,700 m² is 80% occupied by Arvato SCM Solutions and 20% by Flaschenpost. Since the beginning of 2019, three additional units with storage areas between 18,000 m² and 33,000 m² have been under construction and are scheduled to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2020.
