Norton Rose Fulbright advises Nordzucker AG on a syndicated loan agreement with a consortium of banks

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Nordzucker AG on the conclusion of a syndicated loan agreement with a consortium of banks.

The new €350m credit facility replaces Nordzucker AG's existing syndicated loan facility and has a term of five years with options to extend the term by up to two additional years. The interest rate is linked to an ESG rating of the company. 

Commerzbank acted as coordinator for the transaction together with Coöperatieve Rabobank and UniCredit.
