Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens private equity practice in Germany

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has enhanced its private equity offering in Munich with the addition of Bernd Dreier as counsel. Bernd Dreier joins Norton Rose Fulbright from AIG Europe, where he most recently held the position as Head of M&A DACH for the W&I insurance business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In addition to his knowledge in insurance law, including warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance, he is experienced in M&A and private equity, having worked several years as a lawyer at Hengeler Mueller and Allen & Overy as well as having served as General Counsel at EMH Partners.

Bernd studied law at the University of Passau and Macquarie University, Sydney, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in New York.
