Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised d.i.i. Group, an integrated housing company and residential property developer based in Wiesbaden, Germany, on the acquisition of a residential property portfolio. The portfolio consists of a total of 333 residential units, 7 other units and 61 parking spaces.

The d.i.i. group is active throughout Germany and invests exclusively in residential assets. The Group manages approximately €2.3 billion assets and has equity capital of €1.6 billion. The core business of the d.i.i. Group includes portfolio and value development, residential privatisation and the construction of new residential properties.
