Norton Rose Fulbright advises the management of the Stürtz Group on sale to capiton

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the management of the Stürtz Group on its sale of its entire group of companies and reinvestment in capiton by the previous investor CGS.

Stürtz has already experienced dynamic development through its successful cooperation with CGS and is now aiming for its next major growth stage. The brand aims to become even better known in the market with its new investor capiton.

The Stürtz Group, headquartered in Neustadt (Wied), Germany, is one of the leading manufacturers of machines and complete systems for the production of vinyl windows. From individual machines to complete automation systems, the company sets international standards in technology and automation. With user-oriented solutions, continuous innovations and modular systems, Stürtz supports small and medium-sized businesses as well as large industrial companies in increasing efficiency and profitability in their own production.

The product range was additionally expanded to include machines for aluminum window production, resulting in substantial growth overall.
