Oliver Polster is a corporate lawyer based in Hamburg and Frankfurt. OIiver focuses on stock corporation law and capital market laws and has more than twelve years' experience in advising both companies and investors on public takeovers and mergers as well as on corporate structuring. Oliver is also experienced in capital market transactions, with an emphasis on IPOs, rights issues and equity linked products and regularly provides corporate and capital market law-related advice to both listed companies and investors.

Oliver studied law at the Universities of Regensburg, Heidelberg, Montpellier and Berlin. He spent several months in another leading international law firm with a focus on corporate and tax law during his legal traineeship. He received his LL.M. from the King’s College London in 2006. Prior to joining us, he worked for several years in the corporate/M&A department of another leading international law firm in Frankfurt.

Oliver is fluent in German, English and French.
