Stefanie Ciavarella is a banking lawyer based in Frankfurt. She focuses on debt financing transactions, including acquisition finance and corporate loan transactions. She advises banks, financial sponsors and corporates on various acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate loan transactions as well as recapitalisations.

Stefanie studied law at the University of Mannheim and completed her traineeship at the Higher Regional Court Karlsruhe. Before joining us, she worked as a trainee lawyer and as a research assistant in another leading international law firm in Frankfurt and London. In addition, Stefanie was seconded to the legal department of a leading international investment bank in 2018.

Stefanie is German native speaker and fluent in English.
