Sabine Meinert, LL.M. is a real estate lawyer in our Munich office. She regularly acts for a wide range of national and international investors, real estate funds and real estate companies.

Sabine has extensive experience of real estate projects and transactions and undertakes all aspects of commercial property work, including property and asset management, project development and commercial tenancy and lease law issues.

Sabine’s track record includes advising on a complex sale and leaseback of a portfolio of 37 properties across Germany, on the acquisition of retail and logistics properties amounting to €230m and on the sale of a retail, logistics and office portfolio amounting to €370m.

Sabine studied law at the University of Munich and has a Master’s degree in international commercial law from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She is a German native speaker and is fluent in English.
