Sarah Heufelder is a lawyer focused on tax law and a certified tax advisor in our Frankfurt office.

She advises on all aspects of national and international corporate tax law. Her focus is on M&A, real estate and W&I transactions, restructurings and reorganizations as well as tax advice regarding SPAs.

Sarah studied law at the University of Konstanz. She was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2016 and as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin) since 2020. Prior to joining our practice in 2020, she worked in the corporate tax team at a leading accounting firm in Eschborn/Frankfurt am Main and for several years in a renowned German tax law firm in Grünwald/Munich.

Sarah is a German native speaker and speaks English fluently.
