Biography

Elizabeth Thompson is a competition and regulatory lawyer based in Sydney.

Elizabeth advises corporate clients and individuals on all aspects of competition and consumer law, including contentious and non-contentious matters. She provides commercial-focused advice to clients across a broad range of sectors, including the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail and technology sectors. 

Elizabeth has particular experience in advising and representing clients in investigations, mediations and litigation commenced by regulators under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and advising clients in complex cartel proceedings, including criminal cartel proceedings.
