Biography
Patryk Gelar is an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in Warsaw.
Patryk advises local and international lenders and borrowers on financing RES projects, such as the construction and acquisition of wind farms, PV farms and biogas plants.
He also has experience in financing local and cross-border corporate acquisitions and accounts receivable financing.
Prior to joining the firm in October 2022, Patryk worked at international and Polish law firms.
